Are there any other national/international paddling boards, especially
for general paddling, besides rbp, BoaterTalk and Paddling.net?

Sure, many clubs and groups have their own local forums. Soulboater.com
(in German) and the UK rivers guidebook forum come to mind, but on a
smaller scale there are a bazillion more.

Sometimes the paddlers meet in a forum that isn't exclusively about
paddling, de.rec.outdoors for example.

Yup - I participate in a paddling club message board, use some of the
regional boards for trip planning and use the speciality boards such
as the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association discussion forums or the
Kayak builders forum.

But the only paddling boards that I've found that are national or
international in scope are rbp, P.net and BoaterTalk.

Maybe that's all there are...

Yeah, international paddling boards or discussion fora...that's what I meant.
