Still no charges in above. Cops dragging butts on this one. And
witnesses before and after that the lights were on. With 27 empties in
the boat, probably too drunk to see the lights...

Lets hope the chair mushrooms get enough pressure to charge this idiot.
Makes me wonder what kind of pull he has with the cops. With 27
emties, I figured he should have been arrested on the spot.
