That's exactly what's great about it. I buy the 'miche' when I go, and there's
no way two of us can eat it in a reasonable time. So we eat a couple pieces and
freeze the rest. Then we'll use a couple pieces at a time - toasted.

The stuff also makes great Reuben sandwiches!
