As someone yourself who's profession doesn't really create a product, you might not understand that many companies that actually create products or services, "lease" equipment, services, and labor forces from other companies... Probably even the very network you are spewing from now, is run by somebody, on leased equipment. Could the building you are in be leased, could be, would it make a difference?
