Let us know how you are doing on that? No one needs an ISP to find that
info, and the only info Tosk could have found as an ISP is info related
to the ISP's customers. Since TOSK is a re-marketer, he doesn't have
access to that info.

Have fun, and keep us informed on your valiant efforts to get him
arrested and kicked off of his ISP.
