Rolph - 18' Glaspar Stormrunner - sweet. What does an 18' Stormrunner look like? Link to a picture? It's really a Mariner, matey. *I calls her Stormrunner seeing as I had her out in a couple good blows, and she got me home. Don't have pics handy, but this should do you.http://www.classicglasspars..com/ind...ntent&view=art... I'm busy building mahogany pedestals for new seating in my 1966 Chris Craft 20 foot Sea Vee. I'm also installing new acrylic windshields, as both were cracked. It'll save me about $260.00 dollars over safety glass. I'm also contemplating painting the hull. The Boats top deck is severely sun faded, right down to the " color " layer but I've heard horror stories about peeling a year later. I will seek advice from a well known body man here to see what he thinks. Ive tried the heaviest rubbing compound I can find, to no avail. Good luck on that matey. *These old boats are taking more care than a woman, but we can't live without them, can we? Rolph - A boater I yam. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *S. Amazing design. I got a kick outta the Head underneath the sink !!!! That " wrap around " windshield would be a problem to replace. Don't know where you'd look for that. |
