I don't give a crap what you found on some web site - it's their
victory,
they need a monument, you'll probably even finance it. There will be
many
more to come.

Found on some web site? He was an adviser to the Bush administration
for christ sake. And the property that they want to build the "rec
center" on? They already own it.

Bush did the warrantless wiretaps just like Obama is doing now. Does
that make Bush's warrantless wiretapps ok now.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...

Sound familiar?

Congress is a federal legislative body. The State of New York and the
City of New York are allowed to establish state religions and can
legislate the exercise thereof.

Do you remember the 10th amendment?

You should do some research into several of the state's constitutions.-

Not just wire taps, now a court has given police forces permission to
come on your property and mark your car with a tracking device.. No
warrant!

Do you have a cite for this? Seems like some info is missing.

Read it a weep.

The last few posts in this thread have been quite interesting. They have
shown definitively how uninformed and narrow the lefties here are. Plum
has shown us several times she is totally detached from "main stream"
American and contemporary law and culture... It's almost funny
sometimes, almost...

Moron. It's Read it AND weep. As a matter of fact, this isn't all that
unusual and what was missing was where they would be finding your car.
Property could be inside your garage, which is why I asked for the citation.
It's been a long-standing practice to do things like go through your garbage
for things like criminal activity and background checks.

And what are you,D'Plume?

A normal person. AChristian.

A Christian, D'Plume?

Then do you not respect your Blessed Saviour's words when He said to
call no one a fool (moron)?

I did find a posting where Tim had called the account listed in the
book of St. Matthew.
