I don't give a crap what you found on some web site - it's their victory,
they need a monument, you'll probably even finance it. There will be many
more to come.

Found on some web site? He was an adviser to the Bush administration
for christ sake. And the property that they want to build the "rec
center" on? They already own it.

Bush did the warrantless wiretaps just like Obama is doing now. Does
that make Bush's warrantless wiretapps ok now.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...

Sound familiar?

Congress is a federal legislative body. The State of New York and the
City of New York are allowed to establish state religions and can
legislate the exercise thereof.

Do you remember the 10th amendment?

You should do some research into several of the state's constitutions.- Hide quoted text -

Not just wire taps, now a court has given police forces permission to
come on your property and mark your car with a tracking device.. No
warrant!

Liar. Another one of your unproven bull**** lies.

It was a ruling in a U.S. district court or U.S. court of appeals, in CA,
about a week ago. Read something once in a while instead of staring at the
idiot box. It would reduce your idiot quotient.

Thankyou, and while you are doing research how about those 500 infrared
equipt vans, which can pick out people in other vehicles, or things as
small as watches can be picked out right through the walls of your home.
The company who manufacturers them isn't saying who bought them, and of
course the police depts or corps aren't either...
