Oh, and I favor re-introducing large, dangerous predators...cuts down on
the riff-raff. I am privileged to know some people who legally keep
large predators. The big cats and wolves I've meet seem more deserving
of life than your average palinite.

I doubt folks would be happy if they dropped a dozen mountain lions in
Rock Creek Park and called them "The Endangered Maryland Panther".
That is pretty much what happened with the Florida Panther.
To start with you would need to reduce all the speed limits so they
wouldn't get killed by cars, they would need to build 10 foot fences
around the beltway and the various other interstate feeders with
panther tunnels under the road. The people in Chevy Chase would just
have to understand a panther coming out of the park and eating pets
was just nature's way. Molesting the panther is a federal crime.
Just keep your kids inside at night and be careful where you jog.

Don't worry the mountain lion and the black bear are making their way
into the western suburbs.

Gosh, I hope so...there are frequent reports of "mountain lion
sightings" out on the Shenandoah, but think most of it is wishful
thinking. The big problem out there seems to be packs of feral dogs.It
is not a good idea to wander the trails out there without a sidearm.

Did you love it when he played chicken in the Southern Ocean. Now
that was GREAT

I did see some of their shows last winter, but also have mixed
feelings about that bunch.
They do great work most of the time, but harass our sealers each
spring.
They have also helped the European union to ban seal pelts &
products.... putting a lot of jobs at risk. although that policy
has suffered a set back.

http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/...rticle1678476/

And you support killing seals? What a hypocrite.

Do you support killing cows, chickens etc for food??
Native people and some Newfoundlanders eat the seal meat. It's not
just for the pelts.

Cattle, chickens, etc are domesticated and raised for the specific
purpose of providing food.

Tell us the difference between whales and seals. The Japanese use the
whales for food.

The difference is the volume... whales are endangered.... seals are a
dime a dozen around here.

Another difference is that your indigenous populations need the food
they get from hunting. The Japanese do not need the whales...it's just a
cultural thing.

Once in a while while flipping channels I'll come across a "Hunting
Show" in which the "great white hunters" use their high-powered rifles
to shoot a *dangerous* (ha!) deer, elk, moose, sheep, antelope, rabbit,
squirrel, whatever. And they make a big deal out of it, as if it takes
some sort of super skill and more than a day of practice to be able to
fire a rifle accurately. These boys are always so congratulatory towards
themselves and their buddies, even though the only danger/risk they face
is shooting each other.

I don't have a problem with those who have no other way to put meat on
their table going out and shooting a deer. But there sure isn't any
sport in it.

I fish sometimes for "table fish," and never take more than I'm going to
eat for a meal that day or the next. When I catch one, I don't see the
need any longer to post a photo of it. It's just a fish I happened to
catch. I'm not the great white fisherman and I don't want to be.

And the guys who catch pelagics? They should know better.

Hunting or fishing for "high adventure" is just so much bull****.

Let me add this before you little ****ts come snapping at my heels.

That photo I posted some years ago of the redfish I illegally kept- when
I was into posting pictures of my conquests- the only reason I kept it
was because as I was reeling in another fish took a chomp out of the
side of the redfish killing it. I know you couldn't see that in the
photo. I really don't give a foch what you believe it.

And make no snide comments about the plastic patio chair I had on-board
in that photo.

I say all this fully recognizing that the Japanese claim to be doing

It would be interesting to see what the Admiralty Courts did if the

Somalia.

Research vessels? Yeah, BAR probably believes *that* right-wing crap,
too.

But I would like to emphasize I, like Don, endorse the killing of baby
seals so rich woman can have nice looking seal skin to wear. After
all, it is Canadian jobs at risk. We don't want to go overboard with
this environmentalist crap.

You sure do sound like that smarmy, pompous Waylon Smithers.
So, is that you Smithers?

Why? Does Smithers enjoy killing baby seals so their skin can be peeled
off their tiny bodies just for the sake a rich bitches vanity?
Or does Smithers always support your position, no matter how convulated
and stupid it is.

So have you decided it doesn't make sense to peal the skin off a baby
seals just so some Canadian can have a job supplying baby seal skin to
rich bitches?

Or have you decieded it really does make sense to hunt whales?

I think it makes sense to ignore clowns like you, spoofer!

I'm not a spoofer, I'm Harry Krause of Huntingtown, MD. Want me to prove
it?

kill the baby seals for a number of years.

So adult seals are OK? What about adult whales?

What about adult cows, chickens, sheep, fish, lobsters.. etc etc?

I thought the discussion concerned whales and seals.

I've taught Don how to do that. If you don't want to incriminate
yourself, change the subject. Another tactic we both use is to just
start name calling and insulting.
