Well, I should say my mom bought it...as a birthday present for me.
This unit seems to have pretty solid reviews, and although a basic
unit,
will do me just fine.
The lack of the 'Traffic Notice' feature won't affect me around
here...
I'd have to drive about a thousand miles to use it.

My wife travels more than I do, and ends up renting cars in areas of
the country typically unfamiliar to her. She's used the Garmin I got
for her four times now on trips, and says it's a lifesaver.

I see the ID Spoofers have been let out of their cribs by their
mommies...

Donny should know every dirt road and cow path on his teeny weenie
island by now. No need for GPS there. The GPS should come in handy,
though, if he ever decides to venture out into the real world on the
mainland.

I'm certain if you had the balls to post the area in which you live,
we'd
find at least a million ways to insult you and it.

But...you don't even have the balls to post with your own handle...

Nova Scotia, by the way, has some spectacular vistas, and would be an
interesting place for a real boater (unlike you) to live.

Yup... a slice of heaven from June till late October.

I guess, if you don't like real summer

The skeeters, ticks, green heads, black flies, and sand fleas are what truly
make that place a genuine paradise.

BTW dirtbag I do not reveal my own handle For internet security reasons. You
on the other hand have revealed your exact address, phone numbers, your
wife's employer and salary, both of your ages, your neighbors names, how
much you wife paid for her house, number of rooms, the fact that you have a
floor safe in your bedroom, that you have several pricy hand guns and long
guns. that you are probably keeping a wild animal illegally, that you have a
video surveillance system, when you will be out of town etc. etc. etc. Why
would you want to give up all that information to strangers?

--
I'm the real Harry, and I post from a Mac, as virtually everyone knows.
If a post is attributed to me, and it isn't from a Mac, it's from an ID
spoofer who hasn't the balls to post with his own ID.

You may be partially right, spoofer.
I will be heading to the big city this fall (Toronto), and although I
know
the major streets, I'm sure the 265W will still come in handy.

Taking the son to rehab?

Why, you lookin' for a referral?

Fantastic! My mother stopped buying me birthday presents about the time
I turned 30. A card is just fine. She needs the money more than I do.

You never leave the basement unless you talk her into taking you along
on her trips.

It's no country for girliemen!
I suggest you stay at home, sippin' girlie drinks while surfin' the remote.

Maybe she just thinks you aren't worth the bother.

I stopped getting my own birthday cake when I was about 14. My sister's
birthday is on the 25th, my other sister's birthday is on the 27th and
my birthday is on the 29th of the birthday month. My mother just baked
one cake and the birthday child got to have a piece of the cake on their
birthday. And, if there were candles available you got a couple of them.

No, she is retired and on a fixed income. With Obama's help that is
less and less. Like I said, she needs the money more than I do.
