its anti-Mexican law. I stated that I thought the courts would overturn it.

"A federal judge today issued an injunction barring Arizona from
enforcing key provisions of its controversial immigration law, prompting
promises to appeal from supporters and tears of joy from opponents
outside the state capitol."

Now, the judge's decision will be appealed and it is likely the case
will come before the Supremes, but...

....for the moment the right-wing bigots have been placed on hold.

The courts will settle it. It doesn't matter what she thinks. Of course, if
the court decides in favor of the US position, then it'll be because the
judge is a racist appointee by Clinton (never minding he was lobbied by
Kyl). If the court rules in favor of AZ, the country will be diminished in
my opinion.
