OT, for my friends...

Jessica has been racing Supercross this season and having a blast. This
last weekend was special as Raegen Harrold who was severely injured a
couple of months back was back at the track. It was great to see her and
see she is gonna' be ok. Jessica has been working real hard this season
already and is playing with a second place and only 4 seconds average
off the lap times for the leader of her division.

Here is a video after we made some changes to her starting gate choice
and a bit of suspension work I did after a bunch of research this last
week. She loved the setup and was throwing the bike around like a two
stroke. You can see the advantage she has after being in the gym all
season, being able to throw that big 2fiddy around.

We are looking forward to a long season of work and will join another
division and race for points next year... when we got a little more for
them;) We already have over 50 hours track time in so far this season,
and that's just weekends and after school. See you all later...

You should never do anything fun and exciting with your kids. They'll
want it all the time. Take my son, for instance. I never did anything
with him other than get drunk. Now he's no problem at all. He justs
drinks himself silly, passes out, and you'd never know he's there.

Damn, Scotty! That's unfriggin'real. She's real kicking that bike around. Seems
like there's been a lot of improvement in skill since the last videos. She acts
like she's in control of the bike, and not vice versa. Great job!

Yeah, the work is exciting, the results keep coming like a freight
train... She has already knocked a solid 10 seconds off her home track
times this year and every day we work on something else. She is so good,
we watch the videos, and we talk about something and she goes out and
flat does it.

On a side note it's so cool to hear this kid talk, see her school
papers, and read her facebook and other community sites and see a kid
that want's for nothing, loves her live, thinks her parents are the best
parents ever, loves her friends, and knows exactly what she wants to do
every morning when she wakes up. As a dad it's great that all of her
friends accept me as a fellow rider/racer, and don't mind having me
around. Oh, by the way, she and all of her friends are tee'totalars...
Straight arrows as they call themselves... Gotta' love it, that's a
requirement for them to be in the "goon squad" as they call themselves;)
