If Congress and Obama pulled their heads out of their arse they would do
just two simple things.
1) Streamline deportation of illegals, finger print and mark them as not
to re-enter. I know, they have this law but simply, enforce it
proactively. If they are willing to illegally cross the border, they
are the types you don't want.
2) Make it easier for honest people to do it right. Yep, don't just use
INS to keep desirables trying to work above board out for sins of a
father who didn't pay his taxes in 1962. Quit the need of bribing
lawyers to get something done.
3) If Mexico can't document their people like Canada does, then don't
let them in. For example, Canada can do a criminal check for $35 that
is pretty accurate.
4) Fewer bureaucrats and more feet on the street. Raise fine limits up
to $100,000 per illegal hired and go after the people hiring them. If
the person hiring them is an immigrant, revoke it and kick them out too.
Trials are simple, prove you are here legal like or out you go.
Remember, with the idiot in chief, it's all about the votes... Nothing
else matters...
