If you are traveling I-95 through the DC area and you want a good meal
near the expressway, this restaurant in Springfield, Virginia, is excellent: http://www.yelp.com/biz/saigon-city-...nt-springfield We stopped there last night after a dental appointment and were well-pleased with the quality of the food, the service and the prices. Usually, we drive to the intersections of Routes 50 and 7 in Arlington, Virginia, for Vietnamese food. There's a large Vietnamese shopping center there, but... Saigon City is better. Also, near Route 50 in Falls Church is the Four Sisters Vietnamese Restaurant... http://www.foursistersrestaurant.com/ Another good one. Why do you feel compelled to write about restaurants in rec.boats? Oh, wait I know, you're trying to get people to think you have a more sophisticated palate than others. I can go to the Chamblee area of Atlanta and be surrounded by oriental restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, etc. in a matter of minutes. And what in hell is a "withing", Mr. Superior Writer? |
