How to pay for it? Here is a good way, reduce federal salaries to the
same level as comparable pvt jobs saving roughly $100 billion each
year which would be used to finance health insurance for the poor.
Federal salaries are roughly 1.5X as high as comparable pvt jobs. Use
this data:

to arrive at the figure of about $49 billion directly saved and then
tack on another $49 billuion for benefits and pensions and then divide
by 10 million uninsured.

I told you... They are terrified of me. I weigh about 120lbs with no boots.
Not that I would ever dream of letting it happen, but I shudder to think the
