It's not screwed up. Medical care in the USA is among the finest and most
advanced on the planet.
It's just expensive and therefore not available to all. *That* is the
problem and that is what all this is about.

No, it isn't. We're nowhere near the top is life expectancy and a host of
other things. It's not just about it being too expensive. The results aren't
in line with the costs.
