Boat related......I promise

I haven't had a small boat for a dozen years.
I need to fin a fish and ski? that with trailer won't weight over about
3500 lbs, the limit of my little Edge.
I know Google is my friend but not really. Every inquiry leads to who
pays the most for a site.
Anyone have a suggestion as to model or rig? or anything?

I like flats boats, but for hauling people around and skiing a bow rider is
probably more the ticket. Not much seating in a flats boat.
Or maybe better, a deck boat or a go fast pontoon. You can get one of the
older Hurricane deck boats reasonably priced. Like this:

It's basically a pontoon deck on a fiberglass tri hull. Very versitile.
Thanks for the boating post.

Just that line alone reminded me of back in the late 70's early 80's
when Chrysler was in the marine business, they had a fiberglass bass
boat line called "Fin 'n Fun" They were a great boat

I'd say some type of a bass boat would do you well.

Look here. I've got the 18' CC and love the boat. It's not too heavy, and it's a
great little boat.

Key West makes great boats. If there is no dealer in your area, Polar
is just as good.
