Cost of cruising goes down

Last week a couple I know was wondering how they'd pay for health care
when they left for an extended cruise of 3 years.
Now, PROBLEM SOLVED. ObamaCare. They simply ignore the issue until
they need expensive care and then pay the tiny fine and get care.
Otherwise, they simply pay locally in whatever country they are in for
cheap doctor visits. They will have no assetts in the USA that can be
attached by the IRS.

Indeed. If SnottyScotty is the dumbest poster here (he's beaten out
loogy), then Froggy is the craziest.
