It's about a school system in JPS's neighborhood that sent a child alone
in a taxi for an abortion without telling the kids parents. The parents
found out three months later.

The other day a group of teachers took a bunch of 6th graders on a
protest march against a republican politician. Gave them a bunch of
signs and paraded them on TV without parents knowledge. The parents were
told they were taking a trip to the capitol or something like that,
nothing about indoctrination and exploitation.

The article concerns a 15-year-old, sexually active girl who should have
taken advantage of her county's clinics to obtain a proper education
about preventing pregnancies and to obtain appropriate contraceptives.
Obviously, her simpleton mother didn't provide proper parenting.

That's the progressive way to avoid the need for personal
responsibility. Let the government make all the decisions.

The link is broken.
Who are you talking to and what about?

The stupid parents signed a consent form allowing the after school
clinic to treat her. The parents say they didn't see any language
about abortion???

What parent in their right mind signs a consent form without
understanding the parameters?

The woman described her daughter as pro-life, as if the clinic shoved
her in the taxi and made her have an abortion. It was her decision,
not the schoo's or the clinic's.

Guess what? Anyone over the age of 13 or 14, depending on the state
can get an abortion without their parents consent.

That's what happened here. The problem is between the parents and the
child. They should never have signed that consent form.

From my recollection, the only state in the union to require parental
consent is Texas, where they kill more people legally than any other
state.

You stupid idiot, the girl made the choice. Not the state, the clinic
or her parents. She did.

Her parents are just using it to make a stink and probably try to get
some hush money.

This happens every day across the country. Teenage girls don't want
to carry pregnancies to term, who can blame them, even if stupidity is
what got them in that situation.
