Pretty good article on what to look for. I feel sorry for those in a
down sized economy that had to lose their boat or whatever because of
turns they had no control over, but that's one thing.

I also know that some people will have something major go out and
give it or a vehicle back to the bank. Another is that if someone
knows their boat, car, equipment is going to be pulled, they'll
sabotage it some how.
