Not as bad as the US, take Wagoner, operating a company like GM for so
long after it was truly bankrupt, they gave him severace and a $20M
pension. No probation.

We are soft on white collar criminals. No doubt about that. Even Brian
Mulroney gets cash so not to declare CRA taxes. Lets just forget about
what the money was for. It really boils down to who you steal from and
how much clout they have over you.
