President with a brain AND a sense of humor
At the Georgetown-Duke basketball game this afternoon, President Obama
visited with CBS announcer Verne Lundquist who showed footage of the president playing basketball, NBC News reports. Lundquist: "Mr. President, you're a left-hander, do you have any trouble going to your right?" Obama: "I can go to my right now and then. I went to the House Republican caucus the other day. But there's no doubt I have a stronger left hand." |

Later, I read that Faux News gave little attention to it on its fake news and talk show programming that day. The reason was obvious: Obama sliced and diced the GOP'ers, and did it pleasantly, and with humor. It's also obvious that the GOP'ers are going to "obstruct" whenever they can. I hope the Dems are sharp enough to focus on that and make a big issue out of it. |

Hell, they cut away from it, just when it was getting good. ;-) It's also obvious that the GOP'ers are going to "obstruct" whenever they can. I hope the Dems are sharp enough to focus on that and make a big issue out of it. Maybe, maybe not. There are a least several in the House, that are reconsidering the prospect of running on the "No" platform. Personally, I'm of the opinion the Brown election, Tea Parties, etc. are not so much anti-Obama, as anti-Washington. Obama's numbers are not that bad, when you consider Congress' numbers. |

Kudos to you and Jim DeMint. America needs more like you. |

You have lots of experience with the latter. You fling it all around. See you in the mid-term elections. The dems are toast. Your paper tiger is going down in flames. Right. Well, we'll see. -- Nom=de=Plume |
