on the machine! Note, she is 5'4 and weighs about 115 pounds soaking
wet Geeze, I wonder what the pervs here will say about me working out

I can't take you up on the g-pack Scott. and never will. after having
two hernia operations in '83 and '85, I can't do sit ups and I have a
gut full of plastic netting and actually that's another reason for my
gut in general..

But yes, you took your little girl to the gym. I wonder who will be
the first to make something of it.

I can't believe you subjected your kid to the gym. Damn, that's some
serious abuse there!

I've not been to the gym in over a week, and I feel like I've gained a
dozen pounds. The damn snow is keeping the golf courses closed. Crap.

Yeah, it's pretty nice, a lot better than working out at home. You get
cable TV at every piece of equipment, and radio, a house channel with
2500 songs, raquet ball, sauna, whirlpool, regular pool, pick up volley
ball and basketball... I think I am going to like it. Don't really have
a lot of excuses for not going, it's about 1000 yards as the crow flies
from my house, just across the highway

They asked me what my goal was and I told them I want to be able to take
off my shirt after a race and not do any damage to women and small
childrens' eyes Really though, I only have a couple of extra pounds to
take down, it should not be that hard. Otherwise I am coaching Jess and
getting her ready for the coming MX season...

I hope the training works well for you, Scott. I've been excercising
as much as I can lately. I'm finding muscle aches in places I didn't
know I had. , but it's good.

They closed our gym for almost three months, put in lots of new
equipment, painted and cleaned, and so on. They said we'd get the new
equipment with the TVs, but it didn't happen. 'Bama just screwed up
the economy too badly.

Maybe after the elections. We'll see.
