Last year, when we were there, we saw several USCG and many USN and marine small vessels tearing ass their ways through the harbour and out to the ocean. Boys with toys, showing off. In fact, I remember the wife of the couple sitting next to us on the whale watching vessel saying, "Look, the boys found the gas pedal!" |
