Warming or not?

We've all seen those small white boxes with slates on the side and
vaguely know they are related to measuring the weather. Turns out
they are called "Stevenson Stations" and they contain the themometers
used as the basis if the claims of global warming. Apparently, the
original stations were spec'd as being coated with whitewash but in
1979, this was changed to white latex. Now, just by coincidence, the
global warming supposedly took off about that time.
This guy had the bright idea to look at the diffs between whitewashed
and latexed stations. WOW. The diff he finds easily easily covers
almost all the supposed warming. Check it out at:
http://wattsupwiththat.com/test/
Even more interesting is the heat island effect on stations he
discusses.

That's sooo funny. Let me guess, the effort to stop the negative
consequences of our pollution is... wait for it... a whitewash!

You're just so brilliant.

Typical left wing response.... ignore the argument completely and attack, or
just try to be clever.

Mike, he's the one who used the term whitewash.

Perhaps it's a vast left wing conspiracy to save humanity.

That latex, no doubt, is causing the ice caps to melt.
I hope your few remaining commercial customers don't find out that you
are the "loogy" of science.

Typical liberals, "We dont need no reality, we've got our theories".
Of course when they applied that to politics it resulted in 100
million people murdered. In the liberal mind, wishful thinking trumps
measurements.
