It's probably all photoshopped crap. Did you ever see the picture I took
of the owls? And I DO mean *took* if you get my drift, little schitt.

Absolutely spectacular. I showed it to my wife, and she is very
interested in taking a trip to Flagstaff with the camper for a couple
weeks. I'll save this file and get some tips from it before we go.
It's definitely a work of art.

Beautiful.

Thanks for sharing it.

Holy crap... the last time I had dial-up at work was with a 300 baud
acoustic modem.... and I had hair.... and it was black, not gray....

For you kids, this is the joy of the past....

I remember those...we used similar devices out in the field to send news
photos back to whatever AP office was nearest where we were so they
could send them out on the trunk lines...the photo scanning portion of
the equipment made weird noises and smelled funky, too.

When I first went to San Francisco, the NCR data center was the online
banking center for a lot of smaller banks. All the way to the Canadian
border and Salt Lake City. 110 BAUD lease lines. Still remember the first
1200 baud modem they showed at the 1966 Fall Joint Computer Conference. Now
we complain when the DSL is a little slow.

It'll probably be a while before he hears from me. I check it only on
command of my wife or daughters.

One daughter called me last night and asked if I knew a Brenda B...

I said no, but someone with that last name, first name Dan, lived next
to us in Fort Belvoir, about 35 years ago.

As it turned out, Brenda is the daughter of Dan. Brenda happened to go
to George Mason U. the same time my daughter did. They met up on
Facebook.

Strange, but kinda cool.
