you make a LOT of them. Do you know ANY of the details about the
fracture? Clean, shattered, compound, etc.? Do you know what follow up
will be required because of the severity of the fracture? Of course
you don't. Because of your narcissism you are compelled to say

Under Obamacare the costs would be minimal. Hell. You might have been
