You didn't see his pitch for that "Arise from the Dead" spray for
erections and resurrections?

Actually, he seems to be on the air more now than before. Hope it is his
family getting the "residuals."

If you are flajim, herring, loogy, GC boater, johnson, topbassdog, rob,
or one of a half dozen others, you're wasting your time by trying to
*communicate* with me through rec.boats, because, well, you are among
the permanent members of my dumbfoch dumpster. As always, have a nice,
simple-minded day.

Same here. But somehow I could tolerate him better when he was alive.

He obviously made a bunch of ads that they will continually release.

I thought he was annoying when he was alive, but he did get attention
for his products, so he WAS a good pitchman.

Only Ron Popeil could pitch a questionable product in a non annoying way.

Warren Miller (any one remember him?) Could have been a great pitchman.
He had a persuasive manner in his boating/ski films.

Good film maker, always enjoyed watching them.

Evidently there was no "death" clause in his contract. He signed up
for 100,000 spots and they are getting their 100,000 spots.

I bet his wife doesn't mind since she's getting his residuals checks,
his kids will now have a nice fat college fund. He's not around to
spend any of it on cocaine.

I hope you are right and that is the way the contract was written.

It's not a function of the contract, I think it's AFTRA or another of
the rights organizations. It's like mechanical royalties on records,
automatic.
