Rhode Island Gov kills Saltwater Fishing License
This should be interesting. He's playing chicken with the Feds.
Coincidentally, he's screwing up his own recreational fishermen because the Federal license is not reciprocal to surrounding states. Meaning that RI sal****er fishermen will be required to purchase non-resident licenses for MA, CT and NY. Oddly, he makes this an agrument about states rights under the 10th Admendment. This is going to get messy. |
