LOL!

"Triumph Rocket 3???

BSA Used to have the "Rocket 3" moniker, while the Triumph was the
same bike more or less, and it was the Triumph "Trident"

Can you say Chevrolet 442 or Pontiac Corvette?

Nah, I didn't think so.

I had a Triumph Trophy 250 of early '70s vintage.

Loved that little bike.

HERESY!!! That's like saying the Royal Enfield was really a Harley.

Apostate.

Damned near killed myself on a Triumph Tiger a friend of mine had. I
rode alot, but this one was one that had the shifter on the right,
rear brake on the left. Chicken runs across the road (I presume to get
the other side) and instinctively hit what on my bike would be the
rear brake, downshifting a couple of gears sans clutch and locking up
the rear tire.

Thanks. If I thought a Triumph would run for more than a week without
a major breakdown, I might consider one.

Cool vid though.

The Triumph Bonneville was my dream bike - until about age 35 when I
bought my first bike, a Honda CB125.

My first was a Honda CB500
twin.. Loved that bike,
wish I still had it. That
was back when bikes looked
like bikes, not some
starwars fantasy.
