Believe this or not, but when I was still active in the Vollies, we picked up a guy who was this bad who managed to drive from Hartford to Woodstock until his luck ran out. That's what I thought. Some of his movements seemed a little too exaggerated. Nope - I'd bet he was .3 or higher. Seen it a number of times. |
