only IF you qualify with all of below.

- IQ above 90, sufficient rationing skills needed
- have a credit score over 500 points
- have a net asset value of over $10,000
- over 18
- not in jail and out of jail for 10 years or more
- America citizen
- must be able to read and write english to a grade 12 level
- must be able to listen to english and have a comprehention of a 16 year
old or better
