Default who's the best?

In the area of political ideas, reportership, statesmanship, results,
whatever you choose... ok, some are a bit wacko, but still....

I pick (in no particular order):

Bill Clinton (N. Korea thing esp., plus he was a great president)
Hillary Clinton (class act, esp. lately)
Robert Gates (a patriot)
David Petraeus (an intellectual, a warrior, a patriot, one tough guy)
Pat Buchanan (wacko, but he's been around a long time and is pretty smart)
Dana Priest (amazing reporter)
Tom Cruise (wacko, but works hard, pretty cute too)
Stephen Colbert (funny, funny)
Jon Stewart (I'm not your trained monkey seriously funny)
Bill Maher (wacko funny)
Thomas Ricks (author, Fiasco)
Jeremy Scahill (author, Blackwater)
Patrick Fitzgerald (US attorney, one of the good guys)
Al Franken (comedian who is just too funny, seriously smart Senator)

Hard for a fan of Friedman's globalism to also be a fan of Pat's
anti-globalism.

But I'm a fan of Friendman. Lovely man. I heard him speak once. I always
liked Pat, even though he was a wacko.

Nixon told his biographer... "Monica, I'd like to introduce you to Pat. He's
even more conservative than you are."

Great president? Do you have visions of being Monica?

Hillary Clinton (class act, esp. lately)

Dumbest move she made was becoming Sec of State. Obama's Czar's have
emasculated her.

Robert Gates (a patriot)

Lackey and lap dog.

David Petraeus (an intellectual, a warrior, a patriot, one tough guy)

Jury is still out.

Pat Buchanan (wacko, but he's been around a long time and is pretty smart)

Very smart man, just can't take to the people.

Dana Priest (amazing reporter)

Nope.

Tom Cruise (wacko, but works hard, pretty cute too)

Freaking Scientology idiot.

Stephen Colbert (funny, funny)

Agree.

Jon Stewart (I'm not your trained monkey seriously funny)

Not so funny any more.

Bill Maher (wacko funny)

Never has been funny.

Thomas Ricks (author, Fiasco)
Jeremy Scahill (author, Blackwater)

No opinon on either.

Patrick Fitzgerald (US attorney, one of the good guys)

Proved to be a Democrat operative when he failed to stop the Plame
investigation when he found out that Armitage was the leaker.

Al Franken (comedian who is just too funny, seriously smart Senator)

He has never been funny.

I've never been to N. Korea. How about you? Who would you rather see on the
other side of the door... Bill Clinton or another prison guard?

Hillary Clinton (class act, esp. lately)

Dumbest move she made was becoming Sec of State. Obama's Czar's have
emasculated her.

Except for the wonderful job she's doing...

Robert Gates (a patriot)

Lackey and lap dog.

Hired by Bush. Amazing... he hired an adult.

David Petraeus (an intellectual, a warrior, a patriot, one tough guy)

Jury is still out.

Not on anything I mention in the (_)

Pat Buchanan (wacko, but he's been around a long time and is pretty
smart)

Very smart man, just can't take to the people.

Like I said, a wacko.

Dana Priest (amazing reporter)

Nope.

Yup.

Tom Cruise (wacko, but works hard, pretty cute too)

Freaking Scientology idiot.

aka wacko

Stephen Colbert (funny, funny)

Agree.

Agree more.

Jon Stewart (I'm not your trained monkey seriously funny)

Not so funny any more.

He's still cookin right along.

Bill Maher (wacko funny)

Never has been funny.

wacko funny, esp. New Rules

Thomas Ricks (author, Fiasco)
Jeremy Scahill (author, Blackwater)

No opinon on either.

Read their books... if you dare.

Patrick Fitzgerald (US attorney, one of the good guys)

Proved to be a Democrat operative when he failed to stop the Plame
investigation when he found out that Armitage was the leaker.

Uh huh... sure. Whatever you say.

Al Franken (comedian who is just too funny, seriously smart Senator)

He has never been funny.

Rush Limbaugh is a Big Fat Idiot. Pretty much says it all in the title.

No one to add? How about Dick Cheney?

Might have meant Tom Kruse, developer of the Hoveround.

Think the taxpayer buys a lot of these via Medicare.
Like I was telling Froggy, the gov provides a lot of funds for sharp
entrepreneurs. Even with Obama in there.
With his skills, maybe a souped up Hoveround that also monitors the
colon using high-tech?
Could work.

Hmmmm... Would the high-tech part be a contact closure, moisture
meter or some sort of video surveillance?
