2007, his wifes family was worth over $4.1 billion. George Soros who
backed Obama's presidency is the 25th richest man in the world with a
worth of over $11 billion. Soros made over a billion by attacking the
Bank Of England causing devaluation of their currency
Speeches are often given by people apparently related to implementing
the policy in order to judge public reaction or to prepare the people
for the implementation of the policy. Could this be the case with
Friedman? Are these powerful types trying to prepare us for a Chinese
style economy where we seem to have elected leaders but in reality all
policy is made by czars and a cabal of elites? Clearly, it would be
in the best interest of these powerful rich people to have the USA
become a Chinese style Crony capitalism (aka Fascism). Many low level
dems also know this and think they can ride the coat tails of the
powerful to positions in such a system.

that caused almost an 11 fold increase in his old cronies's revenues
(Walmart $16B in 1992, $165B in 2000)
His wife was on the board while he was governor.

Did he hire his cronies to run departments? Are you going to blame Clinton
for everything that's wrong with the country?

Did he needlessly torture people? Did he start a war of choice? Did he give
big business unfettered ability to pollute the environment? Did he

I'm a Clinton fan but he ****ed up pushing us toward globalism. It
undercut our flagging manufacturing base and hastened the offshore
move of many industries.

Oh well, it was nice having a middle class while it lasted.

Clinton's support of the global economy makes me sick. I can't
believe he couldn't see what it'd precipitate for American workers.

It's the worst of what he did and we're all paying for it, apart from
those who are buying cheap **** from Walmart. Unfortunately, they're
the same people whose jobs will be eliminated as our manufacturing
base continues to erode.

I'm looking forward to the day when the six-pack crowd can't afford to
shop at Walmart.

the sort of advantages the Bush family money and connections produced
for George H.W. Bush and his dumb son, George W.

The difference between the two Bushes is astonishing. Whatever the
father's shortcomings in terms of "connection" with the common man, no
one can deny his intellectual abilities and his lifetime of hard work
and public service. *He* was smart enough to not occupy Iraq.

"W" was, is, and never will be more than a lazy, spoiled rich kid whose
stupidity and arrogance drove this country to the brink of its grave.
