My recollection was that the prompter failed during one of Clinton's
speech. He carried on as though nothing happened. He'd memorized the whole
thing. That was impressive. I'm betting Obama could do that too if the
speech was important enough.

I'll take that bet. He has faltered in the past when they went on the
blink. He considers nothing more important than himself, so that is another
reason.
