Yeah, go after Scooter....
Scooter Libby was convicted of lying to congress over a forgotten date under the premise that he "outed a CIA agent". The fact is that her husband had the chattering class well informed of what his wife did, she was not covert, and of course it was Novak that put the name out... Tonight at 8 on FOX, Bill O'reilly will talk to the ACLU about their exposing real covert agents to AlQueda in Gitmo. They have admitted this on their website but of course congress has no intention of investigating this wing of the DNC. If this is allowed to flow under the rug, it takes any credibility Pelosi might have had, and blows it away like like congressmen scattering from the tax man... -- Wafa free since 2009 |

The fact is that her husband had the chattering class well informed of what his wife did, she was not covert, and of course it was Novak that put the name out... She wasn't covert? That's contrary to legal documents that came out since the investigation. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18924679/ Tonight at 8 on FOX, Bill O'reilly will talk to the ACLU about their exposing real covert agents to AlQueda in Gitmo. They have admitted this on their website but of course congress has no intention of investigating this wing of the DNC. There is an investigation going on as we speak, but it is unlikely to go anywhere. Not because Congress doesn't want to investigate, but because it is unlikely that laws were broken. The Intelligence Identities Protection Act makes it very clear "having or having had authorized access to classified information that identifies a covert agent". It's very doubtful the ACLU was given that authorization. Secondly, showing a picture of an agent does not identify him/her. If this is allowed to flow under the rug, it takes any credibility Pelosi might have had, and blows it away like like congressmen scattering from the tax man... Pelosi had credibility with you? I doubt it. Still, I will admit the investigation should continue to make sure laws weren't broken. |

Let's see, it could be Hertvic who left after the whole incident with "someone" calling John's wife and getting vulgar, Salty who left when I found him posting stuff to the "American Idol" news group about one of the young male contestants, or Joe Spare Bedroom after somebody posted his picture and address and embarrassed him away... Those would be my first three guesses. The etymology, if you will, is in dispute, but when I learned the phrase a few score ago, it referred to a temporary "dam" or backstop made of flour and water itinerant roving workmen (typically Irish) in the British Isles used in soldering up holes in my lady's pots. More recent sources attribute the phrase to the steady form of cursing employed by the tinkers. Ya pays yer ha'penny and ya takes yer choice. -- Birther-Deather-Tenther-Teabagger: Idiots All |
