If you think any poster is posting with any sort of narcissistic motivations, what exactly, are you going to say to make them stop? Gene, what is your motivation in responding to all of these Christian Fundy posts? Just hoping you'll see the light...... I'm not a Christian Fundy. But, I am tolerant of all religions except Islam. Interesting, why? It is a religion that preaches hate and killing of those who don't believe the same and subjugation of the world to achieve its goal it is similar to communism. Christianity also has preached hate and killing and subjugation of those who don't believe. Had you gone to college, you might have learned about some of the millions slaughtered in the name of Christianity. Had you read a history book or two you would have known that that to the winner go the spoils. This has gone on throughout all of mankind's existence. All learning does not occur in college. How many millions were killed in the 20th century in the name of preserving and protecting socialism and communism? |

IOW, I'm reading a lot more crap than I should..... Want to start a repository of shareable rec.boats filters? I have a list of "Really Stupid Posts in Rec.Boats who Don't Boat..." And, like *abou Ben Adam*, JustWait's name leads all the rest. Well, tied, anyway, with the other non-boaters...flajim,loogy,and a few others. But I don't filter JustWait...he's about my only connection to the darkside. |

Gee, I thought you were discussing your intolerance for the Muslim religion because it "preaches hate and killing." If that is your benchmark, you should also be intolerant of Christianity, for the same reasons. Now, I see, your criteria is "to the winner go the spoils." And you wonder why I won't "debate" you. |

Finding flaws in Darwin's theory and concluding that evolution doesn't exist is a lot like concluding that Franklin and his kite got electricity wrong, so today, informed people know that electricity is a false concept. They overlook the fact that Darwin didn't invent evolution, that was accepted fact. His theory addressed the mechanism at work. My mother took high school biology in East Texas in the thirties, I took it in Des Moines in the sixties, and both classes had one factual page, on Darwin and evolution. Casady |
