For the sake of this discussion, let's agree to exclude the war dead,
abortions, and imposition of the death penalty at the federal level.

to Obama? No, I refuse to exclude that. War dead for Iraq and
Afghanistan, ok. Exclude abortions, ok, at least for voluntary
abortions.
