Default Sea Marshals

On this second anniversary of 9/11, the Captain of the Coast Guard's Marine
Safety Office told me the Coast Guard is employing "sea marshals" on cruise
ships and tankers. She also told me the Coast Guard refers to their daily
operations as "the new normalcy."

Been going on since shortly after 9/11. Not 100% in all ports, i.e.,
sometimes the "Sea Marshalls" will consist of a CG boarding team

Sea Marshals! What a good idea. Imagine what a few terrorists could do
with a cruise ship.

Hollywood shows plenty of these scenarios. Some even include sea monsters as
well!
