The Republican Party is scheduled to have its right foot amputated
later today after shooting itself in the foot for the fifth time in
five weeks.

Only one Republican Senator voted for Sotomayor's confirmation to the
US Supreme Court yesterday. They knew she was going to be confirmed
but couldn't miss an opportunity to further alienate America's
Hispanic population.

The party will be walking with a noticeable limp for the next decade,
maybe two. John "Boner" Boehner was overheard muttering that he
couldn't give a **** about a damned foot and not to bother him until
they'd shot their other foot four times.
