I've been watching your party's leaders since Obama took office. I haven't
seen or heard one realistic idea out of any of them to address the issues
this country is facing. Not one. In fact, last week, a prominent
Republican said his party simply wasn't going to bother.

So what is left for your and your party? Why...whining about Obama or
people who know Obama.

Perhaps you and your fellow righties take that seriously. In the long run,
no one else will.

Are you planning to rally around Sarah Palin now? You certainly step up to
the plate to defend her.

My "support" has only extended to unwarranted liberal media attacks on her
and her family.
I have no illusions that she is qualified to be POTUS. I've repeatedly
stated that Sarah Palin is a non-event.

You should spend more time fine tuning your reading comprehension skills
instead of flying off the fingers with responses.

Based on what?

Police reports?

About the last thing anyone should believe is a report police prepare
commenting on the behavior of their fellow officers. It's not until they
are caught with their hands in the cookie jar that the higher ups in
police departments take any action, usually. There have been a few
exceptions, but...there's no shortage of corruption in many police
departments, and that corruption includes financial shenanigans, doctoring
evidence, withholding evidence, colluding with prosecutors, brutality,
framing innocent people, et cetera. Think otherwise? Just look up "police
corruption." The number of cases is endless.

When the police report on their own conduct, be very very skeptical.

You are so cute when you get frustrated.

Real issues? Such as government encroachment in the private sector?
Such as government intrusion in our personal lives? Such as the
oppression of the citizenry through taxation? Such as the oppression
of the citizenry by dent of the wealth of legislated behavioral
controls? Such as the weight of fear of the Orwellian hate crime
legislation? Such as the transition of the individual's right of
ownership of property to the individual's privilege to possess
property? Yes, these are serious issues for certain.

And your yawn and comments have absolutely nothing to do with the

Diversionary?

There are divergent views on that incident. The matter is closed.
Time to move on...to the real issues the Republicans like to avoid.

Obama picked the wrong event to broach the subject. And Obama had
the stupidity to admit that he didn't have all the facts when he
passed summary judgment on the police.

Who has all the facts?

The radio recorder. And, when the tapes are released and Gates is
found to be a ranting and raving lunatic his credibility will fall to
zero with anyone with any modicum of intelligence. But, those with a
political axe to grind will always claim that the police have altered
the tapes.

So, give it your best shot Harry.

I don't really give a **** about whether the cop insulted the
professor or vice versa. As I stated several days ago, I thought they
both acted like jerks. I also tend not to believe cops when they
comment about the behavior of other cops.

We have real issues in this country, issues you and yours just plain
ignore. The keystone cops episode is just a diversion.

What are those "real issues" in this country that we have to deal with
or worry about. Are we being attacked by those land-locked Afghanis'.
