Yes, seems like a pretty fair assessment, plenty of blame on both
sides, but ultimately bad judgement to arrest him. The power of
arrest should never be taken lightly or arbitrarily, and the folks who
drafted the constitution knew all about such things.

Very. Except for the agreement with Obama. Once stating he didn't have
the facts, he should have bowed out.

I have to agree Gates should not have been arrested. Maybe a little
talk, but no arrest.
