Anybody want to buy...
my Ranger cheap? :)
I finally got the actuator modified back to original and installed - all set to bleed the brakes and get 'er back on the road. NNNNNOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! The freakin' zerks on the BRAND NEW CALIPERS were rusted to nubs - NUBS - nothing to grip, came apart in my hands and the brake wrench. Now I gotta remove the calipers, use an easy out to get the rest of the zerks out of the calipers.... WHAT NEXT!?!? :) ~~ mutter ~~ |

Herr Krause. The dealer would do exactly the same thing the OP would be doing. Amazing that a person of your brilliance can't figure that out. But perhaps they can, and you cannot. |

Unlike Krause, I believe Tom knows what he is doing. Probably more than some dealers. It's sad that Krause is so dependent and needy. |

Modern bleed screws are commonly (but technically incorrectly) referred to as "zerks" because they somewhat resemble them. Big deal. Eisboch |
