Great July 4th gig but postponed fireworks.
Well, it rained here all day, that is untill about an hr, ago.that
means the fireworks display has been canceled in many locations though the Midwest and have been rescheduled for tomorrow evening. But that's OK, my band minus a guitarist, played at the local park under a pavilion from 3-4 pm.had a great turn out considering the weather. No we don't rock any stadium, but even though rainy weather keeping a lot of people home, we still had about 80 stay for us, that is... after all little kid dancing and other entertainment. in good weather it's outside and about 400+ in attendance, but it was just a nasty day. But even so, when our time slot was over, We got several compliments, and there were a couple people who wanted to book us for some future events. I'd say not bad for a three piece throw-together band. But what we do, we try to do well. Guitar bass, drums So looks like tomorrow afternoon we'll be headed for the lake to enjoy some sun (possible) water and the fireworks. |

You're so clever... how do you come up with this witty stuff? You must write propaganda for the bricklayer's union. --Mike |

That was back in the 90's. They shortened it to End Daze, or ED but it confused certain of the the flock, and so it became thinned. So it is said. Verily. |
