A friend who lives over in Somerset County, Maryland (the other side of
the Bay) has been drift fishing Tangier Sound in between the rainstorms
this past week or so, and reports catching some "very nice" flounder
while drift fishing over drop-offs and bottom structure.

My favorite fish...and that they are in Tangier Sound means they are on
their way north!
