I have no idea what hpa is. 93 % means it's raining like cats and dogs. Did you know that -17.7 degrees Canadian is 0 degrees American? and -40C and -40F are the same thing? I didn't know that. Now you do. Next up: The Kelvin scale. Eisboch Here's the question: Is there a 40 degrees Kelvin? Depends on how you look at it. Kelvin is a unit by and of it'self because it's an absolute value - not relative. Absolute zero is absolute zero. In that sense, it has no relevance to anything but it'self therefore there is no such thing as a "degree" - a Kelvin is a Kelvin. However, it is a measure of temperature in relative terms as compared to other units of measure - like Celcius. Using degree in conjunction with Kelvin is acceptable in reference to other measurement standards. Or so I've been told. :) Ommmmmmmm........... |

Trying to get a stupid bench for my dock finished and about fell over. 92 degrees 51 percent humidity. You should move inland a bit. It's 17.7 degrees C with 93% humidity - pressure 998.5 hPa and falling - 0154 hrs. Can you translate that into English? He's reading a Canadian thermometer. That's what the "C" stands for. The White House, Democrats and MoveOn liberals are spreading health care sob stories to sell a government takeover. But there's one health care policy nightmare you won't hear the Obamas hyping. It's a tale of poor minority patient-dumping in Chicago — with first lady Michelle Obama's fingerprints all over it. you mean like the dumping that already occurs in LA...that was prevalent under the bush administration? people with mental illnesses were put in a taxi and dumped on skid row... Rewarding political cronies at the expense of the poor while posing as guardians of the downtrodden? Welcome to Obamacare. and right now we have the most expensive healthcare in the world...and the least effective per dollar spent courtesy of the GOP. |

However for those of you non-metrically challenged individuals - 63.86 degrees F, 93% Humidity, 28.49 inHg or 14.49 PSI. Moron. Translated in to 'Merkin. It friken humid. A cold that cuts through you. Marroon. |
