Massa and plantation is one example of cultural terrets, here's
another:

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - A state Republican activist has admitted to and
apologized for calling a gorilla that escaped from the Riverbanks Zoo
Friday an "ancestor" of First Lady Michelle Obama.

A screen capture of the comment, made on the Internet site Facebook,
was obtained by FITSNews, the website of South Carolina politico Will
Folks.

The image shows a post by an aide to state Attorney General Henry
McMaster describing Friday morning's gorilla escape at Columbia's
Riverbanks Zoo.

Longtime SCGOP activist and former state Senate candidate Rusty DePass
responded with the comment, "I'm sure it's just one of Michelle's
ancestors - probably harmless."

DePass told WIS News 10 he was talking about First Lady Michelle
Obama.

If you believe in Darwin we are all descended from the same primates
as the Gorilla, they just took a different branch on the family tree a
million years or so ago.
It is refreshing that a southern republican is willing to admit that.
Now if they can just get over the idea that Noah had dinosaurs on the
ark.

I guess the liberals don't subscribe to the Out of Africa theory? And,
what about the recently reported "missing link?" Lucy is 2 million years
old and Ida is 47 millions years old.

Do the liberals not believe that we once ran around the jungles of Africa?

Now this is funny...BAR actually believes GOP activist DePAss was not
making a racist comment.

I expect you meant "admit" to be tongue-in-cheek.

They're a confused lot. They waste the time of science classes since
the teachers have to conduct remedial courses for the willingly
ignorant whose parents chose not to expose them to reality.

No wonder we trail most westernized nations in science education.

The comment wasn't made to provide a link between humans and animals.

The comment was made in the spirit of the KKK.

Turned out to be the Russian women's shot put team they were riding.
