Caught no fish today...

....hard to catch fish on a boat when you don't bring rods, reels, bait,
nets, et cetera!

Got out on the water after noon, had a pleasant afternoon toolin' around
the Bay. Much less crowded with trophy striper season over.

Were you on that lobster boat?

It is nice to hear you actually used the boat for this season.

If you remember, when someone said something to Harry about the low
hours on his previous boat (no, not the lobster boat!) he said that he
only boated to get to the fish. Seems to me he'd have a rod aboard! My
usual rods stay in my rod locker, and then when I go fishing, if need
be I'll add a couple, for say, stripers.

That would be true of most normal fishermen. You are referring to the
freak of nature properly known as WAFA.

Are you positive about that? Herr Karuse never mentioned launching out
on HIS boat.

I really don't think they allow fishing polls on board.
