is Jesus”? I think Jesus would have found the money in the budget

budget of $3.6 trillion?

It's the one area of GW Bush's tenure for which I gave him big props.
He stepped up to address Africa, especially after Bono paid him a
visit in Washington.

He's not without a heart, it's the brain that's missing.

Also, big props to The Gates Foundation for taking a leading role on
Tuberculosis and Malaria in Africa.
