to make it easier! Start out with extract brewing to get your
sanitation and other techniques down before you go all grain! Need any

I looked at the beer-making instructions. Lots to do.

Hacker-Pschorr weiss? These are pretty pricey kits.
I don't like hoppy beer, but it looks like hop levels are pretty well
described.

Yes, as long as the bottles are NOT twist off, you're good, and if you
don't have enough, if you have a homebrew supply near you, they'll
have em. But remember, you won't need those for a couple of weeks.
Here's a tip. To sanitize the bottles, I just cut a bunch of squares
of aluminum foil, and cover each bottle tightly. Then put in the oven,
slowly raise the temp to 300 or so, and shut it off after a half an
hour. You can do this whenever, so you don't have to do it right
before you bottle. They will stay sanitized because they are covered
with the foil!

What do you recommend?

The equipment kit is a good one. Add an autosiphon. More beer gets
contaminated by the siphoning process than anything else.
One other thing. *Do you know what beer kit is closest to
Hacker-Pschorr weiss? *These are pretty pricey kits.

The kits are kind of pricey, but they are the way to go for a
beginner. Once you get the hang of it, then you'll start doing extract
brews that you go get the ingredients for from your local homebrew
supply store. Besides, you'll get about 55 or so bottles of absolutley
great beer for $30. Here is a very good weiss kit:
